Keeping busy with the boys during the Covid 19 quarantine.

Actually did the fun little Cloverdale Loop three days in a row. It takes a half hour or so, and the boys haven’t been feeling very good it seems so I wanted to get them in shape with a few easy days. So what they’re 12! We aren’t buying into this getting old stuff. Using the GoPro, you can see the loop (mostly walking), beginning to end.

More of a hike than a run – the boys and I needed to stretch out and enjoy a little bit. Time to start getting our miles back up… beautiful day
